1. Service

EmailPro is a deliverability-as-a-service product operated by MarkCMO LLC. We provide audit, DNS configuration, warmup, validation, and inbox placement testing tools and services.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use EmailPro to send spam, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful email. We comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL. We reserve the right to terminate accounts engaged in abuse.

3. Billing

Subscriptions renew monthly unless canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. One-time products (Setup Sprint) are non-refundable once delivered.

4. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first-month subscriptions if no setup work has been performed.

5. Liability

EmailPro is provided "as is" without warranty. Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.
